We manufacture electromechanical spray equipment for industrial applications. Our niche is to design and manufacture exactly what the customer needs. The keystone of our business is the Electromatic™ Applicator, in its many forms, for the application of a multitude of fluids.
Our technical staff is renowned for providing engineered solutions for automating fluid application across a broad spectrum of industries. This includes adhesives for the packaging and paper industries, panel machines for paint manufacturers for the automotive and aerospace industries, silicone for the medical industry, oils for the food industry and many others.
In business for over 60 years, the company recently came under new ownership with the passing of the Founder, Eric Cocks. The same knowledgeable, dedicated staff remains but with new energetic leadership ready to take on the challenge of providing a solution to your fluid spray problems.
Electromatic™
We recognized the need for accurate, repeatable and positive dispensing of materials. This resulted in the design and patent of the Electromatic™ Applicator Head series, which today is the major component in all Spraymation application systems.
Thermopulse™
Early versions of the Electromatic™ Applicator Head were not heated. The advent of thermoplastic adhesives offered an ideal market for a complete hot melt adhesive application, which became known as our Thermopulse™ systems.
Compuspray™
We have long been recognized for our capabilities to design very specialized machinery to meet particular needs. A typical machine is used throughout the world by automotive and paint industries, who must prepare painted panels for testing to extremely close tolerances.
