More than half of the recent Spraymation panel machines are now designed for use with bells or modified to be used with bells.  We have listened to customers who want a more substantial bell mount for their expensive rotary atomizer. We have designed a new bell mount that eliminates the round vertical gun mounting bar and have replaced it with a solid aluminum design that focuses on the acceleration forces. We have evaluated weight reductions and part interaction to develop this new design.

Presently, two versions are available:

• A single bell or dual bell
• A bell with a conventional spraygun

The bell with a conventional spray gun version includes a modified traverse because the distance between rollers has been increased for stability. The two applicators have been placed to have 12 inch separation if they both need to be electrostatic.
